Cteam structure at a glance
The Cteam Group is owned by the Locher family of shareholders. Above the operating companies is the family holding company HL-Holding GmbH in Germany.
In July 2025, Cteam SE was established as the Group's management holding company. It bundles central service areas such as Human Resources, Digitalisation & IT and other Group-wide functions and is responsible for the strategic management of the Group.
The Group's operating companies are organised under the umbrella of Cteam SE. These cover various business areas, including engineering, overhead line construction, scaffolding, ground protection systems, mobile communications and plant construction. The companies include Cteam Engineering GmbH, Cteam Leitungsbau Deutschland GmbH, Cteam Luxembourg S.A.R.L, Cteam France S.A.S, Cteam Leitungsbau Österreich GmbH, Stein GmbH, Cteam Bodenschutzsysteme GmbH, Cteam Mobilfunk GmbH and Cteam Energietechnik GmbH.
