We will retain the data that you provide via the contact form until you request its deletion, withdraw your consent for us to store it, or the reason for storing it no longer applies (e.g. once your request has been fulfilled). Mandatory statutory provisions, particularly those relating to retention periods, remain unaffected.

5. ANALYSIS TOOLS AND ADVERTISING

Google Analytics
This website uses the functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”. These are text files that are stored on your computer and enable your use of the website to be analysed. Information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is typically sent to and stored on a Google server in the US.
The storage of Google-Analytics cookies is based on Art. 6(1) (f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analysing user behaviour to optimise its website and advertising.

IP anonymisation
We have enabled the IP anonymisation function on this website. Consequently, Google will shorten your IP address within European Union member states or other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area before transmitting it to the USA. In exceptional cases only, the full IP address will be transmitted to a Google server in the USA, where it will be shortened. Google will use this information, collected on behalf of the operator of this website, to analyse your use of the website, compile reports on website activity, and provide the website operator with other services relating to website and internet activity. Your browser will not merge the IP address transmitted as part of Google Analytics with other Google data.

Browser plugin
You can opt out of cookies by selecting the relevant settings in your browser. However, please note that if you do so, you may not be able to use all the features of this website. You can prevent Google from collecting data relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) generated by the cookie, and from processing this data, by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de .

Objection to data collection
You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data by clicking on the following link. This website sets an opt-out cookie to prevent the collection of your data on future visits: Disable Google Analytics .
More information on how Google Analytics handles user data can be found in the Google privacy policy: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=de .

Demographic features by Google Analytics
This website uses the “demographic features” function by Google Analytics. This enables reports to be generated containing information about the age, gender and interests of site visitors. This data originates from interest-based advertising on Google, as well as visitor data from third-party providers. This data cannot be assigned to a certain person. You can deactivate this function at any time via the ad settings in your Google account. Alternatively, you can generally prohibit Google Analytics from collecting your data, as described in the “Objection to data collection” section.

Google AdWords and Google Conversion-Tracking
This website uses Google AdWords. AdWords is an online advertising program from Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States (“Google”).
We use so-called conversion-tracking as part of Google AdWords. If you click on an advert placed by Google, a conversion-tracking cookie is set. Cookies are small text files stored by internet browsers on the computers of users. These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used to identify users personally. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, both Google and we can recognise that the user clicked on the ad and was then redirected to this page.
Each Google AdWords customer is given a different cookie. The cookies cannot be tracked via the websites of AdWords customers. Information collected using the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted in to conversion-tracking. Customers can find out how many users clicked on their advert and were then redirected to a page containing a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not contain any information with which users can be personally identified. If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can easily opt out of Google Conversion Tracking by deactivating the relevant cookie in your internet browser's user settings. They are then not included in the conversion tracking statistics.
The storage of “conversion cookies” is based on Art. 6(1) (f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analysing user behaviour to optimise its website and advertising.
You can find more information about Google AdWords and Google Conversion Tracking in the Google privacy policy: https://www.google.de/policies/privacy/ .
You can configure your browser to notify you when cookies are set, and to allow you to accept or reject them on a case-by-case basis. You can also choose to reject cookies in general, or to delete them automatically when you close your browser. The functionality of this website may be restricted if cookies are deactivated.

The use of Google Web Fonts is in the interest of an appealing presentation of our online offers. This represents a legitimate interest in terms of Art. 6(1) (f) GDPR.
If your browser does not support Web Fonts, a standard font is used by your computer.
More information on Google Web Fonts can be found at https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq  and in the Google privacy policy: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/ .

It is necessary to save your IP address to use Google Maps functions. This information is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The provider of this page does not have any influence over this data transmission.
We use Google Maps to make our online offers more appealing and to help visitors find the places we have indicated on the website more easily. This represents a legitimate interest in terms of Art. 6(1) (f) GDPR.
