He previously held various management positions within the Cteam Group, including as co-founder, partner and managing director of various divisions in Germany, France and Luxembourg. With his many years of experience in pipeline construction and his international background, he stands for practical, partnership-based and future-oriented corporate management.

Hubert Deutsch has been a member of the Management Board of Cteam SE since July 2025. Previously, he was Managing Director of Cteam Consulting & Anlagenbau GmbH and held various management positions within international industry, including at the Liebherr Group, where he worked for many years as Managing Director in Germany, Spain and Russia. With his many years of expertise, including as a founder and member of the supervisory board, he stands for strategic clarity, efficiency and innovative strength at Cteam.

The Supervisory Board of the Cteam Group supports the company's development with strategic foresight, entrepreneurial experience and personal commitment. The members contribute in-depth expertise from various industries and management roles - a valuable basis for the sustainable further development of the Group.
- Helmut Locher, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, is the founder of the Cteam Group and Managing Director of HL-Holding GmbH. With his entrepreneurial pioneering spirit, he laid the foundation for the successful development of the company.
- Josef Geiger, Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board, is Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Geiger Group. He stands for partnership-based entrepreneurship and many years of industry expertise.
- Dr Frank Golletz was CEO of the transmission system operator 50Hertz. His extensive experience in energy infrastructure provides important impetus for the strategic direction of the Cteam Group.
Hans-Hermann Schaber is managing partner of HHS Verwaltungs GmbH and founder of DATAGROUP SE. As a successful entrepreneur in the IT and services sector, he stands for innovative strength and sustainable growth.
