Jochen Spitz has been Managing Director of Cteam Consulting & Anlagenbau GmbH since 2014. He has previously held various management positions within the Cteam Group, including those of co-founder, partner, and managing director of several divisions in France and Luxembourg. Drawing on his many years of experience in line construction and his international background, he stands for a practical, partnership-based approach to company management with a view to the future.

Hubert Deutsch has been the Managing Director of Cteam Consulting & Anlagenbau GmbH since July 2023. He has held various management positions in the international industry, including Managing Director roles at the Liebherr Group in Germany, Spain and Russia. Drawing on his many years of experience, including his role as founder and member of the supervisory board, he represents strategic clarity, efficiency and innovative strength at Cteam.

The members contribute in-depth expertise from a variety of industries and management roles, which provides a valuable foundation for the Group’s ongoing development.
- Helmut Locher, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, is the founder of the Cteam Group and Managing Director of HL Holding GmbH. With his entrepreneurial pioneering spirit, he laid the foundations for the successful development of the company.
- Josef Geiger, Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board, is Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Geiger Group. He embodies partnership-based entrepreneurship and has many years of industry expertise.
- Dr. Frank Golletz was Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the transmission network operator 50Hertz. His extensive experience in energy infrastructure provides important impetus for the strategic direction of the Cteam Group.
- Hans-Hermann Schaber is Managing Partner of HHS Verwaltungs GmbH and founder of DATAGROUP SE. As a successful entrepreneur in the IT and services sector, he stands for innovative strength and sustainable growth.
