Transparency & compliance

Code of Conduct, principles and anti-corruption guideline

As a service provider for transmission and distribution network operators, public sector clients, and mobile communications companies, we are obliged to comply with our customers' guidelines. Our customers' compliance requirements also play a very important role in our day-to-day work. This means that we have created a code of conduct for the Cteam Group, which represents the Cteam Group's “values business card”.

Consulting clients agreeing on contracts for Cteam construction and industrial projects.

Many rules and values are a matter of course at the Cteam Group and are already being practiced, so the Code of Conduct is a written summary of our actions.

For all of us, the rules provide security to behave in accordance with the Cteam Group and the applicable regulations and laws.

In short: What is permitted and what is not?

The reputation of the Cteam Group among our customers, the public, and our partners is crucial to the success of the company. Each of us contributes to the external perception of the Cteam Group every day in our own position and through our work. We want to present ourselves as a reliable partner.

Scope of validity:

The Code of Conduct applies to all employees of the Cteam Group. Our managers act as role models. Our business partners are also required to adhere to these principles.

Reporting information:

To report significant violations of laws, in particular the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act or our codes of conduct, you can use our central email address compliance@cteam.de. Your report will be received during normal business hours by a person responsible for compliance issues.

Sometimes it may be necessary to involve an intermediary between internal or external whistleblowers and the company. Even if it is only a matter of reducing inhibitions for whistleblowers. In such cases, you can contact our external and neutral ombudspersons, attorney Dr. Stefan Meßmer and attorney Christine Ostwald of the law firm Baker Tilly. The ombudspersons receive and review the reports. Upon request, they guarantee the confidential treatment of the whistleblower's identity. Reports can also be submitted anonymously. The ombudspersons can be reached as follows:

External reporting offices of the federal government

The federal government has set up three external reporting offices:

  • • The external reporting office of the federal government at the Federal Office of Justice is generally responsible.
  • • For reports concerning financial services supervision, insurance companies, or the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act, the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) is the appropriate external reporting office.
  • • Reports concerning antitrust issues can be submitted to the reporting office of the Federal Cartel Office.

For more information, for example on the processing of reports and notifications, please refer to our rules of procedure and the relevant data protection information.
